⚖️ Terms & Conditions — Luxe Vision Prints

1. General Agreement

By placing an order with Luxe Vision Prints, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all sales, services, and communications between Luxe Vision Prints (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the client (“you” or “the customer”).

2. Custom Orders

All products produced by Luxe Vision Prints are custom-made to your specifications. Once artwork, design proofs, or sample approvals are confirmed, production begins and changes cannot be made.
Because of this, all sales are final once production starts.

3. Payment Terms

All orders require payment in full or a deposit before production begins.
Quotes and invoices are provided for review and signature before payment.
We accept Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, credit/debit cards, and cash for local clients.
Production will not begin until payment is received and confirmed.

Failure to complete payment after an invoice is approved may result in order cancellation and potential fees for design or setup work already completed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once your order enters production.
If you cancel before production begins, you may be responsible for any setup, artwork, or digitizing costs incurred up to that point.

Luxe Vision Prints is not liable for customer errors, including misspellings, incorrect sizes, or design choices confirmed in proofs.

5. Artwork & Ownership

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce the design.
Luxe Vision Prints is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations submitted by clients.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates copyright, contains offensive material, or breaches our quality or brand standards.

6. Quality & Production

We aim for premium results on every order. However, slight variations in color, placement, or size (within ½ inch) are standard in custom apparel production.
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects in garments not supplied by Luxe Vision Prints.

7. Turnaround Times

Typical production time is 7–10 business days after design approval and payment.
Rush services may be available upon request and may include additional fees.
Delays due to supplier backorders, shipping carriers, or natural circumstances are not the responsibility of Luxe Vision Prints.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders can be shipped or picked up locally.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by third-party carriers once the order leaves our facility.
Split or multi-location deliveries can be arranged upon request and may include additional fees.

9. Returns & Replacements

Since all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 20 business days of delivery.
We will review your claim and, if applicable, repair or replace the affected items promptly.

10. Liability

Luxe Vision Prints is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of our products.
Our liability will never exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Privacy

All personal information shared with Luxe Vision Prints (such as names, emails, designs, and addresses) is kept confidential and used solely for order communication and processing.

12. Acceptance

By submitting an order or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

13. Artwork, Design, and File Usage

All artwork, mockups, digitized embroidery files, and design layouts created by Luxe Vision Prints remain the intellectual property of Luxe Vision Prints until the client has paid in full for the order.

We reserve the right to protect, withhold, or watermark artwork until payment is received.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, alter, or reuse any mockup, proof, or file produced by Luxe Vision Prints for use with another print provider or manufacturer unless granted written permission.

Digitized embroidery files created by Luxe Vision Prints are considered part of the production process and are not automatically included with your order. If you’d like a copy of your digitized stitch file for personal use, a release fee may apply.

We also reserve the right to display finished work on our website, social media, or marketing materials for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to production.
