FAQ
đź’¬ Frequently Asked Questions
1. What printing methods do you offer?
We specialize in embroidery, vinyl printing, and white toner (DTF) printing.
Each technique serves a different purpose — embroidery for that premium, long-lasting stitch, vinyl for clean and bold designs, and DTF for full-color detail on almost any fabric.
2. What’s the difference between them?
Embroidery: Thread stitched directly into the fabric — sharp, durable, professional.
Vinyl Printing: Heat-pressed logos and text — great for names, numbers, and bold artwork.
White Toner / DTF: Transfers full-color graphics with precision — perfect for multicolor designs, dark shirts, and small runs.
3. Do you provide blanks, or do I bring my own?
We supply high-quality blanks from trusted brands like Shaka Wear, A4, and more.
You can bring your own, but if you do, Luxe Vision Prints isn’t responsible for manufacturer defects or print inconsistencies.
Basically — if it’s your shirt, we’ll treat it like gold, but we can’t replace it if the fabric rebels.
4. Do you have inventory in-house?
We stock common blanks (tees, polos, hoodies, hats) for faster turnaround, and we can also source specialty apparel within 1–3 days.
5. What’s the minimum order?
We don’t believe in scaring off small orders — no strict minimums here.
But bigger runs always get better pricing. If you’re ordering one custom shirt, we’ll treat it with the same care as 100 — it’ll just cost a little more per piece.
6. Can I get a free sample?
We don’t offer free samples, but we can produce a single sample piece before your full run (for a fee) so you can approve quality and placement.
7. What information do I need to provide for a new order?
We need your design/logo file, type of garment, quantity, sizes, and deadline.
If you don’t have a design ready, don’t worry — we’ll help clean it up or convert it for embroidery or print.
8. What’s your process for embroidery?
We digitize your logo into a stitch file, set up the thread colors, test the first sample, and then run production. Every piece is individually hooped, stitched, and inspected before it leaves our shop.
9. What’s your process for printing?
For vinyl and DTF, we prep your artwork, print or cut it, heat press it at precise temperature and time settings, and let it cure properly for long-lasting results. We don’t “rush and pray” — we do it right.
10. What’s the turnaround time?
Standard production: 7–10 business days after payment and design approval.
Rush orders? We’ll make it happen — but don’t ask if we have a time machine. (We checked. Still backordered.)
11. Can I pay when I pick up my order?
We usually require upfront payment, but deposits are available for larger projects.
Once you approve your quote, we’ll send a digital invoice and order agreement that both you and Luxe Vision Prints sign — no surprises, no miscommunication.
Production starts only after payment or deposit is received.
12. Can I add more shirts after I’ve already paid?
Absolutely — just let us know before production wraps up.
We’ll adjust your invoice and run the additional pieces. (We can’t just magically “add” shirts mid-stitch, but we’ll make it work.)
13. Can you deliver or ship?
Yes — we work with multiple local and national carriers to ship anywhere in the U.S.
You can also request split shipping if you need orders sent to multiple locations — just include that note in your order form, and we’ll handle the logistics.
14. Can I pick up my order instead?
Definitely. We’ll contact you when your order’s ready for pickup and coordinate a time that works.
15. What if I need my order yesterday?
Unfortunately, our time machine’s still in production.
But we do offer rush options — tell us your deadline upfront, and we’ll prioritize your order if our schedule allows.
16. What shirts work best for printing and embroidery?
For embroidery: cotton or polyester polos, jackets, and caps hold stitches beautifully.
For vinyl or DTF: smooth, high-quality cotton or blends give the best results.
If you’re unsure, we’ll recommend the perfect blank to fit your design and budget.
17. Can I embroider any logo I want?
As long as you own the design or have permission, yes.
We don’t print copyrighted material or brand names you don’t have rights to — we respect creative ownership.
18. How can I keep prices lower?
Easy — order in bulk.
The more you order, the less each item costs.
Also, keeping your artwork print-ready and minimizing color changes or special placements helps reduce costs too.
19. Do you offer team or company uniforms?
Yes — that’s one of our main services.
We handle full staff uniform sets, team jerseys, and branded event gear for businesses, schools, and organizations.
20. What is DTF printing, exactly?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) uses heat to transfer a printed design onto a special film, which is then pressed onto fabric.
It’s great for vibrant, full-color prints that last wash after wash — basically the modern upgrade to screen printing without the limits.
21. What is vinyl printing?
We cut your design from a colored sheet of vinyl, weed out the extra material, and press it onto your garment.
It’s perfect for clean text, single-color logos, and durable names/numbers.
22. What is white toner printing?
White toner printing uses a specialized printer that can print white ink and color on transparent film — perfect for full-color transfers on dark garments.
It’s ideal for small orders or detailed graphics without setup fees.
23. Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes, we can ship to multiple locations. Just include the addresses and quantities in your order form, and we’ll invoice shipping accordingly.
24. Can I see my design before production?
Yes — we always send a digital proof or sample photo for approval before starting.
25. What happens if I’m not happy with my order?
All our products are custom-made, so returns aren’t possible once production begins.
However, if there’s a mistake or issue, contact us within 20 business days, and we’ll work with you to fix it. Customer satisfaction is a core part of how we do business.
26. What are your payment options?
We accept Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, card, and cash (for local pickups).
All orders are confirmed through an emailed invoice for your records.
27. Do you keep my designs for future orders?
Yes — once your design is approved, we save your files for easy reorders.
Next time you need more, just say “same logo, same style,” and we’re on it.
28. Can I resell your blanks or products?
Yes — if you’re a clothing brand or reseller, you’re welcome to use our printing services and blanks for your own products.
We’ll help you get your brand printed clean and consistent — no taglines, no fluff, just premium production.
