Because every Luxe Vision Prints product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once production has begun.

If you believe there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 20 business days of receiving it.
We’ll review the problem and, if applicable, repair or replace the affected items as quickly as possible.

Refunds are not issued for customer errors such as wrong sizes, misspellings, or color choices confirmed during proof approval.
